Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Two-Wheeler Dealer Onboarding Specialist located in Mengio. The Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new two-wheeler dealers into the company's insurance ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with potential dealers, explaining the benefits of our insurance plans, providing necessary training, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with dealers, assisting them with any queries, and ensuring they are comfortable with the insurance platform. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist and maintain dealer relationships Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently on-site Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is beneficial Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
