Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a TW (Touch Works) Clinical Support Analyst with 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience supporting Touch Works, VPM, Follow My Health.

Requirements

Provide day-to-day application support for TW (Touch Works), VPM (Veradigm Practice Management), FMH (Follow My Health)
Collaborate with clinical end users to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with stakeholders
Participate in TW upgrades, patches, and testing cycles, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience in ICD 10 and CPT code updates. Document application changes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Engage in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
