We are seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operators for the roles of Turner, CNC Operator, Capper, and Driller. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in operating relevant machinery, reading technical drawings, and following safety protocols in a production or workshop environment. Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Turner: Operate lathe machines for turning operations on metal components Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements Perform threading, facing, and other lathe operations Maintain precision and surface finish as per specifications ⚙️ CNC Operator: Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe/milling) Load/unload components and monitor machine parameters Make minor program adjustments as needed Inspect components using measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, etc.) 🛠️ Capper: Operate capping machines in assembly or production lines Ensure proper alignment and fitting of caps or parts Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain production records and quality standards 🧱 Driller: Perform drilling operations on metal parts as per design Set up and operate pillar or radial drilling machines Follow precision markings and layouts Clean and maintain tools and work area Requirements: 12th pass/ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade 1–3 years of hands-on experience in any of the mentioned roles Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments Knowledge of safety procedures and production discipline Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable) Perks & Benefits: Overtime pay + production incentives Uniform, safety gear & meal facility (if applicable) Opportunity to work on modern machines Career growth and skill development programs
