With our expanding retail presence, we’re now strengthening our footprint in modern trade and e-commerce channels across North India. We are seeking an experienced RSM/ZSM with a strong sales infrastructure in Eastern and Central UP. Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to lead business development in Modern Trade and E-commerce . The candidate will be responsible for driving visibility, listings, partnerships, and growth through key retail and online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard modern trade accounts (DMart, Reliance Smart, Spencer’s, etc.) Manage listings, promotions, and order fulfilment on marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket, Flipkart, etc.) Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Negotiate and manage trade margins, schemes, and visibility agreements Analyse sales data, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive growth Collaborate with marketing and design teams for product launches and campaigns Desired Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Snacks / Food & Beverage industry Strong understanding of modern trade and e-commerce ecosystems Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in MS Excel and online portal management Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow with a young brand
