We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our Tax Technology practice in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and information technology. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist project teams in estimating architecture design effort and developing/ reviewing/ approving architecture designs. Serve as a subject matter expert to program/project teams in the plan, design, and delivery of technical solutions. Lead the solution design and development of tax tools and technology solutions. Communicate effectively with senior IT leaders on program strategies and plans, negotiating quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Develop and maintain technical documentation for tax technology projects. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, or MCA. 5-12 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). Experience in SAP GTS Customs management, including customs declarations, export and import processes, inward process, transit/presentation, bonded warehouse, electronic filing, and product classification. Strong understanding of technology tools such as SAP GTS Compliance Management, Sanction party list screening, Embargo, Product Classification, Legal control (Export, Import), and SAP GTS Customs management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Hands-on experience with configuration settings in Feeder systems (ECC/S4) like document types and master data. Gather application-specific project requirements, participate in pre-project launch discussions with architects, and drive detailed application design in SAP applications by leveraging SAP standard solutions wherever possible. Team player with team handling and people management skills. Scrum and project management experience.
