Job Description

Support the design and delivery of HR transformation, employee experience, tech strategy etc. projects

Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insights that inform client solutions
Develop clear, compelling client deliverables including presentations, frameworks, process flows, and reports
Coordinate project logistics, document key outcomes from client interactions, and track deliverables across workstreams
Collaborate closely with larger team to ensure high-quality, timely outputs
Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building within the team.
Actively build expertise in HR domains and consulting skills through hands-on project experience

UI/UX Designer

Lead UI/UX design for digital HR tools, portals, and apps across the employee lifecycle

Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs aligned with enterprise design systems

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design iterations and validate outcomes

Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs

Create high-impact UX for HR tools that align with system capabilities and enterprise design standards
