Role: Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and optimize the system.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
• Oversee the implementation of SFDC from an architectural perspective.
• Architect Solutions that are scalable, secure & sustainable.
• Work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
• Design the overall architecture of the Salesforce implementation, including data models, integration patterns, and security models.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the Salesforce implementation is scalable and can handle large data volumes.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer or Architect role
• A minimum of three years of experience in a solutioning salesforce service / sales cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, services, and security model.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, data encryption preferred.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce is a must.
• Hands-on knowledge of data integration tools, such as Informatica, Salesforce Connect, etc, and experience integrating Salesforce with data sources and enterprise systems.
• Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
• Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.
• Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
• Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with version-controlled environments/interfaces.
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and well versed in configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience/Strong Knowledge working on Sales & Service Cloud.
• A good grasp of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.
