As a Technical Support Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical support cases related to the ServiceNow platform. Your tasks will include troubleshooting unexpected platform behavior, answering technical queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer support experience. Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify and fix issues, you will collaborate with internal teams on complex cases and contribute to product/process improvements based on your support experience. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve technical cases raised by customers via web, chat, phone, and email - Troubleshoot issues on the ServiceNow platform and provide technical solutions - Answer technical questions and ensure a smooth support experience - Use diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve technical issues - Manage and troubleshoot dynamic UI components and scripting - Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases effectively - Analyze log files and debug technical problems efficiently - Contribute to the knowledge base and suggest product/process improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience) - 2+ years of experience working with Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, OOP, SQL, Web Application Stack, Root Cause Analysis, Debugging, and Communication - Experience in incident management, knowledge base usage, and customer-facing technical support is preferred,
