Trimmer Operator (Bolt Machine)

We are seeking a skilled Trimmer Operator experienced in Bolt Machine Operations to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating trimmer machines used in bolt manufacturing, ensuring production quality, machine efficiency, and timely delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Trimmer Machines used for bolt production.
• Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Inspect bolts and fasteners to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines when needed.
• Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and quality standards during operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Practical experience in operating bolt trimmer machines.
• Knowledge of bolt sizes, threading, and trimming process.
• Ability to identify production or mechanical issues quickly.
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and safety practices.
• Team player with good communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a bolt or fastener manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with Trimmer and Threading Machines.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for setup and adjustment.

Work Details:

• Location: B & M Industries, Howrah, West Bengal
• Work Hours: 8 hours/day
• Environment: Factory-based, safety-compliant
