Job Title: Trial Coordinator – Vegetable Seeds

Job Purpose

The Trial Coordinator will be responsible for planning, establishing, and managing field trials of vegetable seeds to evaluate product performance, generate technical data, and support product development and commercial teams. The role involves close collaboration with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure trial results are translated into business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Trial Planning & Execution
• Identify suitable trial locations, farmers, and partners in Meerut and nearby regions.
• Plan, set up, and manage multi-location field trials for vegetable seeds.
• Ensure proper trial design, crop management, and data collection.
• Data Collection & Analysis
• Record agronomic observations, yield data, disease/pest resistance, and product performance.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret trial results to generate technical reports.
• Provide timely feedback to R&D and product management teams.
• Product Evaluation & Support
• Support product advancement decisions with trial data.
• Demonstrate product performance to dealers, distributors, and farmers through field days and crop demonstrations.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with technical knowledge during product promotion.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain accurate trial records, photographs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and trial protocols.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of agronomy and vegetable crop production.
• Hands-on experience in field trial management and crop evaluation.
• Data recording, statistical analysis, and report preparation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (farmers, dealers, internal teams).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple trial locations.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture (specialization in Vegetable Science preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in field trial management or product development in the seed industry (vegetable seeds experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Meerut and adjoining areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
