Treasury Client Onboarding

The Treasury Client Onboarding position is currently available in Pune and/or Chennai with US Shift timings. As a member of our Treasury Client Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support throughout the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding, account maintenance, and offboarding processes. Collaboration with various teams is essential to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience. Your main responsibilities will include managing end-to-end client onboarding by collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with internal teams for account setup and activation, handling client requests for account maintenance, monitoring accounts for compliance, supporting offboarding activities, responding to client inquiries within SLA timelines, identifying process improvements, preparing reports and documentation, and maintaining data confidentiality and security. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate with a preference for Commerce or Accountancy background, with a desired qualification of an MBA in Finance. You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, and offboarding within Treasury or related domains. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, strong English communication skills, the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and a certification in Treasury Client Lifecycle Management are also important qualifications.
