Travel Supervisor

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional travel planning services to clients. Your responsibilities will involve consulting with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences, researching and recommending destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, and creating personalized travel itineraries tailored to meet their unique needs. You will be responsible for arranging flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and providing accurate travel documentation including visas, passports, and travel insurance. Additionally, you will book travel arrangements, manage client bookings, and offer expert advice on travel destinations, cultural experiences, and activities. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and supplier offerings while meeting and exceeding sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in the travel industry, a strong knowledge of global destinations, travel products, and services, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Your ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and proficiency in Amadeus will be essential. Possessing industry certifications such as IATA will be preferred. Your key skills will include destination knowledge, Amadeus proficiency, customer service, communication, time management, sales and marketing, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
