Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential, along with flexibility to work night shifts to accommodate US time zones. The ability to thrive in high-pressure sales environments is crucial. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 60,000 per month, based on experience and performance, along with attractive incentives, bonuses, and growth opportunities within the company.
