Job Description

You will be responsible for handling walk-in and phone-based travel inquiries from customers. You should be able to communicate fluently in both Hindi and English to assist customers with their travel bookings, holiday packages, and hotel reservations. Collaborating closely with backend and vendor teams is essential to ensure smooth operations. Building and nurturing customer relationships will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell travel services when appropriate. Basic computer skills are necessary for this position.
