Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their travel needs, providing suitable travel suggestions, and coordinating the booking process. Daily tasks include preparing itineraries, managing travel documentation, liaising with travel suppliers, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves upselling additional travel services and handling travel-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel consulting, travel planning, and providing travel recommendations
• Proficiency in booking systems, travel documentation processes, and itinerary preparation
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Proficiency with travel management software and familiarity with travel regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel industry or a similar role is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
