Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Travel Sales Executive

to handle international travel inquiries from US/UK clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent travel solutions and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from US/UK customers for flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.
Sell international travel packages, including flights, hotels, and tours, by understanding customer needs.
Provide fare quotes, routing options, and competitive travel deals using GDS.
Build and maintain client relationships by offering personalized travel recommendations.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective lead conversion.
Manage cancellations, reissues, and schedule changes as per airline or supplier policies.
Deliver prompt post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
