Job Title: Travel Sales Executive – Thailand (B2B Sales)

Location:

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (plus performance incentives)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: In-person

We are currently expanding our Thailand travel segment and looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive – Thailand (B2B Sales) will be responsible for generating and managing B2B sales for Thailand tour packages. The role involves end-to-end operations — from lead generation and client handling to coordinating with local suppliers in Thailand and ensuring smooth execution of bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2B sales and operations for Thailand tour packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into confirmed sales.
  • Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals for clients.
  • Coordinate with Thailand-based suppliers, hotels, transporters, and local partners for services and bookings.
  • Ensure timely responses to client queries and deliver professional communication.
  • Manage pre- and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and travel patterns to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Thailand tour packages and participate in promotional campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records in CRM or Excel.
  • Assist in payment follow-ups, vendor negotiations, and documentation related to bookings.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B travel sales, preferably with exposure to Thailand or Southeast Asia markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Thailand destinations, hotels, sightseeing options, and local logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, result-driven, and team player.
