Job Summary The Travel Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling travel services, holiday packages, and tour products to clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable travel solutions, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Travel Sales Executive will manage customer inquiries, provide travel consultations, and recommend travel packages tailored to clients' needs. Key tasks include developing customer relationships, closing sales deals, and offering guidance on travel itineraries. Collaboration with team members and maintaining updated knowledge about travel trends and destinations will also be central to this role. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and the ability to create custom travel plans Experience in using travel booking systems and CRM software Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client requests Understanding of travel trends and visa requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field, preferred but not mandatory Prior experience in a travel sales or customer-facing role is an advantage Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
