Travel Sales Executive

As a Travel Sales Executive at Holiday Merchant, you will play a crucial role in selling international holiday packages to leads and cold prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, offering suitable travel solutions, following up on leads, closing sales, and ensuring timely customer communication. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain strong product knowledge of destinations, packages, and offers, coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery, and update client records and daily sales reports. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets will be key to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales, whether in a B2C or B2B capacity. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A good knowledge of international destinations, proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills will also be advantageous.
