About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Travel Sales Consultants (Meta & PPC Process) to join our growing team in Delhi and Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, proven sales skills, and the ability to convert leads generated through Meta Ads and PPC campaigns into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads generated via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
• Consult customers on domestic and international travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
• Prepare customized itineraries as per client preferences and budget.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, promotions, and seasonal offers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Provide excellent post-sales support (cancellations, rebookings, special requests).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales (experience with Meta/PPC leads highly preferred).
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for travel and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Willingness to work in Delhi or Gurugram office.
