Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries. Convert leads into sales by offering attractive and customized holiday options. Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure booking confirmations, itineraries, and travel documentation. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet monthly sales targets and generate repeat business. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of geography and travel destinations (India & International). Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web, CRM preferred). Fresher or experienced candidates in the travel industry can apply. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
