Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound travel leads for Domestic & International destinations.
  • Understand customer requirements and create customized travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing).
  • Provide quotations, negotiate, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with DMCs, hotel partners, and suppliers for best pricing and availability.
  • Maintain high lead follow-up standards through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM updates.
  • Upsell and cross-sell travel services (visa, insurance, special experiences, etc.).
  • Ensure excellent post-booking service and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages (Domestic or International).
  • Strong destination knowledge (Goa, Kerala, Kashmir, Himachal, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, etc.).
  • Good communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Knowledge of B2C travel portals, GDS, or CRM tools (preferred).
  • Must be target-driven, confident, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Travel Sales: 1 year (Required)
