Company: SOTC Travels (Thomas Cook (India) Limited Group) Job Type: Full-time Location: Lower Parel E Experience: Minimum 6 months onwards Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Handle inbound calls from prospective customers interested in our tour packages. Present and explain the features and benefits of our tour packages in a clear and persuasive manner. Customize tour packages to meet individual customer needs and preferences. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry, with a focus on tele-sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. Customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional service. Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
