Job Description

Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential clients who have foreign exchange requirements. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues as needed. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
