Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:

    Understand client needs, preferences, budget, and destination interests.
  • Itinerary Planning:

    Research destinations, compare options (flights, stays, activities), and create personalized, end-to-end travel plans.
  • Booking & PNR Creation:

    Manually create and manage PNRs (Passenger Name Records) for flights (using GDS like Amadeus/Sabre or airline portals), hotels, and transport.
  • Customer Service:

    Provide pre, during, and post-travel support, handle complaints, and resolve issues/ Meet/exceed sales goals by selling packages, upselling services, and converting leads.
  • Market Knowledge:

    Stay updated on trends, destinations, regulations, and new products.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales/consulting experience in travel.
  • Expert knowledge of destinations, travel products, and booking systems (GDS is key for manual PNRs).
  • Excellent communication (English/Hindi often required) and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle pressure and unforeseen travel issues.
