Travel Sales Consultant hyderabad 1 - 6 years INR 2.5 - 6.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages. Understand client requirements and prepare customized itineraries with accurate costing. Convert leads by explaining package inclusions, destinations, pricing, and travel options. Upsell and cross-sell hotels, sightseeing, insurance, transfers, and add-on services. Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and vendors for best rates and confirmations. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent pre- and post-booking support. Ensure timely booking confirmations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Manage booking files, maintain records, and achieve monthly sales targets. Resolve customer queries and provide alternate options when required. Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, offers, and destination knowledge. Preferred Candidate Profile 15 years of experience in Travel / Holiday Package Sales (Inbound or Outbound). Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, hotels, and itineraries. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work independently and convert leads efficiently. Experience in B2C sales, tour packages, costing, and vendor coordination. Prior experience with a travel agency or tour operator preferred. Target-oriented, motivated, and passionate about the travel industry. Knowledge of GDS / ticketing basics will be an added advantage.
