Designation Travel Sales consultant - Executive (for Australia/New Zealand/United Kingdom process) Job Description We are seeking passionate and dedicated Travel Sales Consultants to join our team. This role focuses on the Australian, New Zealand, and United Kingdom markets. If you have a love for travel and exceptional customer service skills, we want to hear from you! Requirements Experience: 1- 8 years in travel process. Geographical Knowledge: Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and international destinations. Communication Skills: Excellent interaction skills with airlines and customers. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various GDS platforms. Flexibility: willingness to work in shifts as per international time zones. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle international flight bookings for both domestic and international ticketing. GDS Proficiency: Use and manage Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, and Worldspan. Ticket Management: Issuance and reissuance of tickets, along with managing date changes, schedule changes, and refunds. Client Services: Serve both B2B and B2C clients efficiently. Shift Flexibility: Work in shifts aligned with Australian, New Zealand, and UK time zones. Position is based in Gurgaon center. No remote work.
