As a Paid Ads Specialist (Meta), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s online presence through strategic paid advertising campaigns on Meta’s platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling ad copies and visuals , optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI , and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure we capitalize on new advertising opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop & Implement Paid Advertising Strategies – Create high-performing paid ad strategies on Meta platforms. Campaign Creation & Targeting – Launch targeted ad campaigns to reach specific audience segments effectively. Keyword Research & Bid Management – Conduct in-depth research and optimize bids to maximize ROI . Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Track key campaign metrics, analyze data, and optimize ads for better performance. Sales & Marketing Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align ad campaigns with business objectives. Creative Development – Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging ad visuals and copy . Retargeting Strategies – Implement retargeting techniques to increase conversions and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) . A/B Testing & Experimentation – Continuously test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance. Budget & Bidding Strategy Optimization – Ensure cost-effective ad spend while maximizing performance. Meta Advertising Compliance – Ensure all ad campaigns comply with Meta’s advertising policies and guidelines. Continuous Learning & Adaptation – Stay updated with new Meta ad features, industry trends, and digital marketing innovations . Campaign Reporting & Insights – Generate detailed performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your Impact (Performance Goals) Increase click-through rate (CTR) on Meta ads within the first three months. Reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) while maintaining or increasing conversion rates. Achieve a target ROAS for Meta ad campaigns. Improve ad relevance scores to boost engagement and performance. Increase conversion rates from Meta ads within the first six months. Generate a minimum number of leads/sales per month through ad campaigns. Scale up ad campaigns based on performance data to increase reach and engagement. Essential Skills & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field . Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns. Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Meta advertising platform tools . Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign data. Proficiency in keyword research and bid management for Meta ads. Knowledge of audience segmentation, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies . Hands-on experience with Facebook Pixel setup & implementation . Experience with A/B testing, ad creative strategy, and campaign optimization . Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on improving ad performance . Ability to work from our Gurgaon office full-time . Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Mandatory): Meta Ads Certification (Highly Preferred). Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid ad platforms .
