Role & Responsibilities

• Sell international flight tickets to customers over inbound & outbound calls
• Handle reservations, reissues & cancellations using Amadeus
• Achieve monthly sales targets through strong communication and persuasion skills
• Deliver an exceptional and satisfactory customer experience on every interaction

Who Can Apply

Experienced Candidates (15 years):

• Must have hands-on experience in Sales or International BPO

Freshers:

• Must have strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable speaking with international customers over phone
• Ready to learn travel processes & Amadeus (training will be provided)
• Should be target-oriented and eager to build a career in sales
• Must be comfortable working in rotational / night shifts

General Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach
• Open to work in flexible shifts
