About Us:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and convert leads into bookings.
  • Understand client travel preferences and Make Travel Reservations for Flights.
  • Upsell additional travel services such as hotel bookings, flights, insurance, and tour activities.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to close sales.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with customer interactions and booking records.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any stream; travel/tourism background preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in travel sales, BPO sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) or travel CRMs is a plus.
  • Passionate about travel and goal-driven.
