Role & responsibilities Consulting with Clients: Provide expert travel advice by listening to customer needs and suggesting tailored international tour packages. • Package Recommendations: Leverage your knowledge of global destinations , activities, and trends to help clients select the best options within their budget. • Booking Management: Process customer bookings, coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators), and manage all logistics for a seamless travel experience. • Customer Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, offering personalized service to each customer. • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging travel trends, destinations, and promotions to ensure you are recommending the most relevant and attractive packages. • Administrative Tasks: Handle the preparation of travel documentation, including itineraries, invoices, and other necessary paperwork. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure that all bookings are accurately processed and that clients receive top-notch service. Job Requirements: Proven experience in the travel industry, particularly in selling tour international packages. Strong understanding of travel destinations, culture, and activities. Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management preferred. Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in the travel industry. In-depth knowledge of the travel markets in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand & Philippines, Dubai and Europe. Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences in these regions. Proven track record in business development, preferably within the travel sector. Strong B2B partner network and existing relationships within the travel industry. Independent, ambitious, and able to conduct both warm and cold calls. • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Immediate availability is highly preferred.
