Role Description

We're looking for a motivated Travel Sales Consultant to focus on car rental bookings. You’ll assist customers, provide rental options, close sales, and deliver top-tier support before and after booking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of the US travel market and car rental suppliers
• Handle car rental inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Convert leads into bookings and meet sales targets
• Advise customers on vehicle options, pricing, and rental policies
• Use booking systems and CRM tools
• Provide support for booking changes or issues
• Knowledge of GDS
