Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in the Mohali district. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include consulting on travel options, coordinating travel plans, handling bookings, and ensuring a fantastic travel experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a travel consultancy or related role is a plus
