Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and making reservations. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing comprehensive travel solutions, and coordinating all aspects of the client's travel plans. The consultant will work closely with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and tailor every trip to meet their specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in travel booking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field is preferred
