Travel Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Travel Sales Executive with prior experience or strong knowledge of the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales techniques, and in-depth product knowledge of travel services. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages, flights, hotels, and tours
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings using effective sales techniques
• Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth booking and travel experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in the travel industry (Travel Sales, Tour Consultant, Holiday Expert, etc.) is preferred
• Strong communication skills with excellent control over language (verbal and written)
• Smart, confident, and persuasive over-the-phone sales ability
• Good understanding of travel products including flights, hotels, tours, and vacation packages
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
