Job Overview:

As a Travel Sales Associate, you will help customers explore the world by providing tailored travel advice and booking travel arrangements. You don’t need experience, just a love for travel and the desire to help others plan their dream trips. We will provide the training to get you started!

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential travelers to understand their preferences and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Promote and sell unique tourism products and experiential travel experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
• Coordinate with operations and partner teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and sustainability practices.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for travel and sustainability.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
