Travel Expert Sales

Role Overview: As a Travel Sales Expert, your main responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by assisting clients in planning and booking travel-related services. You will be expected to provide personalized travel recommendations, build strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Your role will require in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, products, and industry trends, along with excellent sales and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: - Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language. - Possess good destination general knowledge within and out of India. - Experience in group inclusive tour and free independent travelers. - Generate insights of travel bookings from gathering requirements to closing deals. - Arrange customized/group packages and respond to client queries promptly. - Coordinate and negotiate with hotels, tour vendors, and relevant vendors for better rates and availability. - Timely follow-up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. - Maintain long-term client relations and handle all client requests efficiently. - Work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance. - Provide sales reports to the team lead and build an emerging sales team to meet targets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales, specifically in travel sales. - Strong understanding of global travel markets and business practices. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Multilingual abilities are considered a plus.
