Travel Executive – Sales & Operations (B2C Travel Consultancy)

Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences. Design customized holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel insurance. Provide accurate quotations, itineraries, and travel recommendations tailored to client requirements. Handle reservations, ticketing, and booking confirmations efficiently. Offer visa guidance, documentation support, and travel advisories where applicable. Ensure smooth coordination of pre-departure formalities and post-booking services. Address client queries, concerns, or last-minute changes with professionalism and empathy. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Identify opportunities to upsell premium services such as upgrades, excursions, or insurance. Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, airline policies, and promotional offers. Key Requirements: Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field. 2–5 years of experience in a B2C travel consultancy or retail travel environment. Strong destination knowledge (domestic and international). Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with airline booking systems/GDS is a plus. Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving approach. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver within deadlines. Passion for travel and enthusiasm to share that passion with clients.
