Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Executive to join our team in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry, with hands-on knowledge in visa documentation, travel package creation, itinerary planning, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa processing and documentation for international travel.
• Plan, design, and sell domestic and international travel packages as per client needs.
• Provide travel information including destinations, accommodation, transportation, and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
• Stay updated with travel trends, visa rules, and destination requirements.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
• Knowledge of visa documentation procedures for multiple countries.
• Proficiency in creating travel itineraries and holiday packages.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
