We are seeking a dedicated Travel Executive (Male) with 3–4 years of experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) travel management. The role involves end-to-end coordination of group travel arrangements, accommodations, and visa processing to ensure seamless corporate travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage group travel logistics for corporate events, conferences, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate accommodations, transport, and event-related travel requirements.
• Handle visa documentation and processing for group travelers.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, and vendors to secure cost-effective and quality arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries promptly.

Candidate Requirements & Education

• Gender: Male
• Experience: 3–4 years in MICE travel management.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes and group travel coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality service.
• Graduate in Tourism; MBA preferred.

Employment Type

• On-roll, full-time position.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
