Travel Executive

Role Overview: As a Travel Sales Executive at our company in Ludhiana, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries and complaints, provide advice on visas and passports, and manage budgets for tour packages. You will also be involved in planning, budgeting, and selling domestic and international holiday packages to meet profit targets. Your excellent communication skills will be essential for negotiating with hotels and transport agencies to secure the best deals. Key Responsibilities: - Dealing with customer queries and complaints via call or in meetings - Providing advice on visas or passports - Managing budgets of tour packages - Planning and budgeting of packages - Selling domestic and international holiday packages - Meeting profit or sales targets - Preparing promotional materials and displays - Negotiating with hotels and transport agencies for the best deals Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry - Proficiency in tour & travel, travel packages, international tour packages, and travel sales - Strong communication skills Please note that only candidates based in Ludhiana will be considered for this position.
