Job Title: Travel Desk Executive

Company Overview:

Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed manufacturer and repairer of Power & Distribution Transformers up to 10 MVA, 33KV. Established in 1999-2000, the company expanded its capabilities by 2003-04 to manufacture advanced transformers and substations, including Oil Immersed Transformers (up to 50 MVA, 132kV Class), Dry Type Transformers (up to 5 MVA), and Pad Mounted Substations (up to 2MVA, 33KV Class).

Qualification:

  • Graduate (Hospitality/Travel Mgmt. preferred)

Experience:

  • 4–5 yrs relevant experience incl. handling top management travel
  • Must have direct experience in handling domestic and international travel bookings for flights, trains, buses, and hotels
  • Must have practical experience in VISA processes and handling complete documentation
  • Must have experience in preparing detailed travel itineraries
  • Must have experience in hotel book (domestic and international)
  • Should have coordinated travel arrangements for top-level executives (CEO/Director level)

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

  • Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, trains, cabs, hotels, visas, and travel insurance).
  • Maintain travel-related MIS reports, records of bookings, and expense reconciliations. Ensure adherence to company travel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling promptly.
  • Support employees during official travel with necessary documentation and arrangements.
  • Collaborate with HR & Admin team for travel planning during recruitment drives, training, site visits, or project requirements.

Work Location: Thane

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
