Job Summary:

Travel Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    international and domestic flight, hotel, and cab bookings

    using MMT or similar portals.
  • Coordinate and manage

    visa processing and documentation

    for various countries.
  • Maintain and update

    travel records, itineraries, and expense reports

  • Ensure adherence to

    company travel policies

    and secure the best travel deals.
  • Liaise with employees, travel agents, and embassies for smooth travel operations.
  • Manage

    cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

    efficiently.
  • Prepare

    MIS reports

    on travel expenditure and bookings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 24 years of experience in

    corporate travel management

    , preferably using

    MMT for Business

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    international visa processes

    and travel documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
