Role Overview: As a Travel Coordinator for a Ship Manning Company, you will utilize your 2-3 years of experience in the shipping industry to support various operations in Mumbai, India. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with vessel agents and ships to facilitate crew changes, preparing necessary documentation for visa applications, coordinating flight schedules for staff, and ensuring smooth communication among all involved parties such as agents and Masters. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless transition of crew members and staff involved in shipping operations.
