Designation: Travel Consultant – Back Office Support

PCM Worldwide Flights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 experienced and detail-oriented agents for our QC & Post Sales support team. If you have strong airline knowledge and a problem-solving mindset, this role is for you!

Key Requirements:

Hardworking, focused, and dedicated
Strong knowledge of airline policies
Experience in airline escalation handling
Proven ability to get waivers (changes, cancellations, etc.)Comfortable with high attention to detail & time-sensitive work

Key Responsibilities (KRA – QC & Post Sales):

• Send e-tickets and boarding passes to customers
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and QC check before ticket dispatch
• Manage issuance, changes, cancellations, and ancillary services (hotels, rental cars, cruises)
• Handle & resolve all airline escalation cases within TAT
• Maintain updated records of boarding status for past-date travel
• Monitor incoming emails for schedule changes, cancellations, or airline updates
• Conduct daily checks for pending cases
• Coordinate with Team Leaders & Invoicing Teams for timely closure
