Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant at Trippoly Holidays, you will be a key player in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Your role involves understanding their preferences, offering expert advice, and organizing seamless itineraries.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultation:
• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and activities.
• Itinerary Planning:
• Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with various suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to create comprehensive and personalized travel plans.
• Booking and Reservations:
• Handle reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for clients.
• Customer Service:
• Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels.
• Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and emerging attractions.
• Share knowledge with clients to enhance their travel experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,144.28 - ₹25,932.30 per month
