Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice to customers on travel destinations, assist in itinerary planning, and book flights, accommodations, tours, and activities. You will work closely with clients to ensure they have a seamless travel experience from start to finish, while offering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understand clients' travel needs and preferences to recommend tailored travel packages and solutions.
• Itinerary Planning: Create and customize travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, activities, transportation, and excursions.
• Booking Management: Book flights, hotels, and ground services using internal systems or third-party platforms. Ensure all details are accurate and confirmed.
• Travel Advice: Provide up-to-date information on destinations, weather, local customs, visa requirements, health and safety, etc.
• Customer Support: Handle client queries and assist with changes, cancellations, and other special requests before, during, and after travel.
• Sales & Upselling: Actively promote travel packages, tours, and upsell premium services such as business class flights, luxury hotels, or travel insurance.
• Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, tour operators, hotels, airlines, and transport companies.
• Travel Trends & Insights: Stay informed about travel trends, seasonal offers, and popular destinations to offer the best recommendations to clients.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare travel documents (itineraries, vouchers, tickets) and maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
