Travel Consultant

Selected Employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle enquiries through walk-ins, telephonic conversations, emails, and travel agents
2. Initiate telesales calls for follow-ups and closure of sales bookings3. Coordinate with the service team for post-sale processes4. Maintain a daily sales report5. Manage enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and regularly send emails on new offers6. Ensure minimal risk exposure for the organization by conducting all necessary due diligence7. Attend to customer escalations and resolve them in a timely manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
