With 90+ dedicated professionals, the company handles everything from visa processing to custom itineraries, group departures, corporate travel, and MICE arrangements.


Role Description

1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Making cold call by tele calling
  • Handle client inquiries through phone, email, or walk-ins.
  • Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable packages.
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel options, and pricing.

2. Itinerary Planning

  • Assist in preparing domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Ensure itinerary accuracy, timing, and feasibility.

3. Sales & Booking Support

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Assist in booking tickets, accommodation, and other travel services.
  • Update client and booking details in CRM or booking systems.

4. Destination Knowledge

  • Learn about major tourist destinations, attractions, and travel trends.
  • Keep updated with visa, travel, and safety guidelines.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain good communication with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Support in handling client feedback and complaints professionally.

6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain booking files and documentation accurately.
  • Prepare daily or weekly sales and activity reports.
  • Assist in any other administrative or operational tasks as required.



Qualifications

  • Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 0 to 1 years experience
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is desirable
