Travel Consultant / Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calling:

  Perform outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries to promote tour packages and services.

• Sales & Consulting:

  Advise clients on various travel destinations, domestic and international packages, and pricing options.

• Booking Management:

  Facilitate flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and assist with visa documentation and travel insurance.

• Itinerary Planning:

  Develop and present customized travel itineraries tailored to specific client needs and budgets.

• Client Relations:

  Professionally manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations to drive bookings.

• Office Support:

  Assist with daily administrative tasks and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth travel operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Linguistic Proficiency:

  Fluency in

  Malayalam and English

  is mandatory. Proficiency in

  Hindi

  is a significant advantage.

• Location:

  Candidates residing in nearby areas are preferred for ease of commute (Moozhikkal, Mayanad, Chevayoor, Koovoor, Velliparamba, Karanthoor, Kundamangalam, Chelavoor, Vellimadukunnu, or Chevarambalam).

• Skills:

  Strong verbal communication, persuasive tele-calling skills, basic computer literacy, and a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Stipend:

  ₹1,800 – ₹5,000 (Based on interview performance).
